What is AVLOKAN?

A platform where engineering students, faculty, and industry professionals collaborate, compete, and innovate over two electrifying days.

AVLOKAN is the annual technical festival of the Association of Civil Engineers (ACE), Department of Civil Engineering, Birsa Institute of Technology (BIT) Sindri — organised to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world civil engineering challenges.

Conducted over two days, AVLOKAN brings together engineering students from across the country to apply classroom theory to real-world problems — with emphasis on civil infrastructure, sustainable development, and digital engineering.

The festival features Conclave, Technical Paper Presentations, Neuro Nexus, Game of Truss, Survey Treasure Hunt, Model Exhibitions, and concludes with cultural performances and a grand valedictory ceremony.
